Jerry F. Sheehan was born Oct. 5, 1901, the son of Matthew and Maria Larmor Sheehan. He was a dairy farmer, a supervisor of the town of Chateaugay from 1940-45, and one of the organizers of the Chateaugay Co-op Marketing Assn. He was assistant cashier at the Chateaugay National Bank when he retired. He was married to Mary Conners on Sept. 15, 1929. He died on June 13, 1985.
Harold Sheehan was born July 8, 1904, the son of Matthew and Mary Larmor Sheehan. Jerry was his brother and Grace was his sister. He died on January 25, 1985. [Scroll for more ...]
Agnes Grace Sheehan was born July 18, 1900, the daughter of Mathew and Maria Larmor Sheehan. She was a 1920 graduate of Plattsburgh Normal School and an elementary teacher for 34 years in Malone, Saranac Lake and Yonkers. She retired in 1954. She died on July 11, 1988. She was the sister of Harold and Jerry.
Joseph Rovelle was born April 29, 1899, the son of Joseph and Alice Sheehan Rovelle. His sister was Alberta Rovelle. He died Nov. 16, 1971.
Matthew Sheehan was a son, and Alice Sheehan Rovelle was a daughter, of Jeremiah Sheehan and Julia Breen, and so they were siblings of Helen Sheehan Dwyer. Harold, Jerry and Grace, and Joe and Alberta, were cousins of James Dwyer and his siblings. David D. Dwyer and Helen Sheehan Dwyer were Jerry's godparents.
